Sweet, the day that we celebrate the conquest of a land in the name of colonialism! If that's not enough, why don't we kill animals and eat them too!
No really, I know it's just a reason for family to get together. It reminds me of most holidays. Forget the reason for the day, and express the obligatory thanks for what we have.
